The Glenlivet Whiskey Tasting and Four-Course Gourmet Dinner
We’re proud to host our second spirit Gourmet Dinner evening for the year. Renowned worldwide, for many Scotch whisky enthusiasts, The Glenlivet was the single malt that started it all. The distillery was among the first to bottle and widely distribute its single malts.
Upon arrival, we’ll treat you to a cocktail and canapés as the first course, before you experience three of The Glenlivet’s iconic Single Malts; The Founders Reserve, the 15-Year Old, and the 18-Year Old, followed by a three-course dinner prepared by Chef Patron Dino and the skilled Prosopa culinary team.

Jack Daniels Gourmet Dinner
In a first for Prosopa, we will be hosting a Jack Daniels Gourmet Dinner, presented by Jack Daniels’ national brand ambassador.
We’ll kick the night off with a cocktail, some canapés and then the tasting flight before a 3-course dinner, prepared with the passion you’ve come to know and love from Prosopa, closing off the evening with a Don Pedro.

Nico Van Der Merwe was the winemaker at the wildly popular Saxenburg Wine Estate for 25 years since the farm was started in 1990. His wealth of knowledge and experience have culminated in his own range of exceptional wines that we will get to taste paired with a 5-course gourmet dinner created by chef patron Dino Fagas of Prosopa!
